- Manage customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on building materials selection
- Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and relationship building
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and maintain sales records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for restocking
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on product specifications, trends, and competitive offerings
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1-2 years in retail sales or construction materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of building products, construction methods, or home renovation
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Valid driver's license preferred for site visits and material deliveries
