Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Monitor team performance through KPI analysis and provide actionable feedback for improvement
- Coordinate inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns
- Foster exceptional customer relationships and ensure brand-aligned service standards
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives
- Identify training needs and conduct skill development sessions for the sales team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in retail sales with 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools
