- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding the right sports equipment and apparel based on their needs
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
- Train and mentor junior staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Participate in store operations, including visual merchandising and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the store management team to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop leadership skills through participation in our Future Store Leader program
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
