Algorithmics is a premier international school of programming and mathematics for children, currently empowering over 500,000 students across the globe. As we continue to scale our operations in Indonesia, we are looking for a highly motivated Retention Sales Specialist to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our world-class curriculum and the families we serve. Your mission is to ensure our students continue their educational journey by demonstrating the long-term value of our programs. If you are passionate about education, possess a persuasive mindset, and thrive in a remote, target-oriented environment, we want to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively engage with existing parents to discuss student progress and learning pathways.
  • Manage the renewal process to ensure high retention rates across our diverse course catalog.
  • Consult with parents to identify their children's needs and recommend appropriate advanced courses.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
  • Execute strategic follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to align sales messaging with our educational goals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and hit revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Retention, preferably in EdTech or Education.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and virtual communication tools.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of delivering results in a remote work setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian education market and parental expectations.
  • Excellent command of Indonesian and professional English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
