Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, maintain, and operate rigging equipment including cranes, hoists, and pulleys
- Calculate load weights and determine appropriate rigging techniques for materials
- Secure heavy machinery and construction materials using chains, slings, and shackles
- Communicate with team members to coordinate lifting operations and ensure safety protocols
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan rigging procedures
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and local safety regulations for all lifting operations
- Assist in dismantling and relocating temporary structures and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional rigging experience in construction or industrial settings
- Valid rigging certification or relevant trade school diploma
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles and load distribution
- Physical ability to work in elevated conditions and lift heavy objects
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
