MIESCOR is currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rigger (Telecomms) to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliable connectivity of our clients by managing the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment on towers, poles, and other structures. This is a full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for executing complex rigging tasks in various weather conditions while strictly adhering to safety regulations. You will work closely with our engineering and technical teams to ensure that all telecommunications infrastructure meets quality and performance standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform safe installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment on towers and poles.
- Conduct regular inspections of rigging hardware and telecommunications structures to ensure integrity.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols during all rigging and climbing operations.
- Assist in the dismantling and reassembly of tower components and antenna systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot complex rigging issues.
- Ensure all tools and safety gear are in optimal working condition before each shift.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Rigger in the telecommunications or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, knots, and hardware.
- Ability to work at heights (tower climbing experience preferred).
- Physically fit with excellent stamina and balance.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID or relevant certifications (if applicable).
- Basic understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
