Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect rigging equipment and machinery for safety compliance before operations
- Execute complex lifting operations using certified rigging techniques and tools
- Adhere strictly to company policies and occupational safety standards during all rigging activities
- Coordinate with crane operators and ground crew to ensure synchronized lifting operations
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on rigging equipment
- Maintain detailed records of rigging operations and safety inspections
- Identify and report potential safety hazards or equipment malfunctions
Kualifikasi
- NCI (National Certification Institute) certification in rigging required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a certified Rigger in industrial settings
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and rigging schematics
- Knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations for rigging operations
- Physical ability to work in elevated environments and handle heavy loads
- Valid forklift and/or crane operator certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
