Mattel is seeking a dynamic Risk Specialist to join our Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) team. In this pivotal role, you will drive supply chain integrity and ensure that Mattel operates within the highest ethical and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact our operations or brand reputation. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across the global supply chain to identify vulnerabilities and ensure supplier integrity.
- Develop, implement, and monitor GRC policies and procedures to align with Mattel's strategic objectives and international regulations.
- Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes in manufacturing and international trade to ensure continuous compliance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to embed risk management practices into daily business operations.
- Support internal audit processes and prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding risk exposure.
- Lead investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) within a multinational corporation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and associated regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in risk management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
