Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive risk culture assessments across various business groups using behavioral science frameworks.
- Analyze complex data sets and survey results to identify behavioral trends, potential blind spots, and areas for cultural improvement.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on the design and implementation of interventions to strengthen the risk environment.
- Develop and present high-quality reports for the Board and Risk Committees detailing cultural insights and progress against objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to ensure a holistic approach to risk governance and behavioral change.
- Stay abreast of global regulatory expectations and industry best practices regarding risk culture and organizational behavior.
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to drive awareness and education on risk-aware decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Risk Management, Organizational Psychology, Internal Audit, or Management Consulting.
- Advanced degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in a complex, global matrix organization.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate qualitative observations into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong understanding of the financial services regulatory landscape in Indonesia and internationally.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex behavioral concepts clearly.
- Experience in managing large-scale cultural or organizational change initiatives.
