Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements
- Create detailed process documentation and technical specifications for automation workflows
- Develop, test, and maintain robotic bots while ensuring scalability and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automation outcomes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing automation frameworks
- Stay current with emerging RPA technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development or software automation
- Proficiency in at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or VB.NET
- Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and requirements analysis
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, Oracle) and API integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in deadline-driven environments
- Certification in RPA tools is a plus
