We are currently seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Safety Inspector to join our team in Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur. In this critical role, you will be the frontline guardian of our workplace safety standards, ensuring that all operational activities adhere strictly to national safety regulations and site-specific protocols. You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of accident prevention and proactive risk management within our construction projects.
As a Safety Inspector, you will be responsible for the daily monitoring of high-risk activities, performing rigorous site inspections, and providing immediate guidance to onsite personnel. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of construction safety standards (K3), has a sharp eye for identifying potential hazards before they become incidents, and demonstrates the professional communication skills necessary to influence site behavior positively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and inspections of all high-risk construction activities.
- Enforce strict compliance with K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) protocols and company safety policies.
- Identify, document, and report potential hazards and unsafe work practices to site management immediately.
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings to communicate safety goals and address specific site risks.
- Supervise the proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among all workers.
- Investigate minor accidents or near-misses and assist in the preparation of root cause analysis reports.
- Ensure all heavy machinery and equipment undergo mandatory safety checks and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess a valid K3 Konstruksi certification (General or Construction).
- Proven experience as a Safety Inspector or Safety Officer in the construction or mining industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards regarding construction site operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear instructions and constructive feedback.
- Willingness to be stationed in Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.
