In this role, you will be at the forefront of industrial waste management solutions, helping manufacturing and industrial clients optimize their waste disposal processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels at building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities in a B2B environment. You will be supported by a robust internal team and provided with excellent resources to help you reach your sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients within the industrial sector to expand our market share.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct professional presentations and site visits to demonstrate our waste management capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Operations Managers and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) officers.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial services, chemicals, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of industrial waste management regulations and environmental compliance is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated professional with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for client visits across the Central Java region.
