Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Simply Group products.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Yogyakarta market.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand goals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide insightful market feedback to management to help improve product positioning.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Yogyakarta region for client meetings.
  • Energetic personality with a strong sense of professional integrity and work ethic.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a creative problem-solving mindset.
