Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for AMDK (Air Minum Dalam Kemasan) gallon products in Banten region
- Acquire new distributor, agent, and institutional FMCG accounts to expand market coverage
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through systematic prospecting and conversion
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Manage existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and satisfaction monitoring
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for regional management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for key accounts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or beverage industry preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for business communication
- Valid driver's license with willingness for field travel
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of Banten regional market dynamics advantageous
