Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share within the Palembang territory.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal logistics and operational teams to ensure seamless product delivery and service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics effectively.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing complex business deals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy Monday–Saturday schedule.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Local market knowledge of Palembang and the surrounding region is highly preferred.
