Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and map potential corporate clients within target industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Execute end-to-end sales processes, from initial cold outreach and discovery meetings to proposal development and final deal closing.
- Conduct high-impact presentations and sales pitches to corporate decision-makers, emphasizing our unique value proposition in MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) services.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and product teams to ensure the seamless execution of event solutions sold to clients.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database to track progress, forecast sales revenue, and analyze market trends.
- Represent Panorama JTB Tours at industry events and trade shows to bolster brand visibility and networking efforts.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Corporate MICE division.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or event management sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and procurement managers.
- Strong existing professional network in Jakarta and surrounding corporate areas is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient individual with a strong desire to excel in a competitive market.
