Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for health, beauty, and wellness? Smile Ready, a premier aesthetic dental clinic located in the vibrant heart of Bali, is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Admin to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be the face and voice of our clinic, ensuring that every patient receives a seamless experience from their first inquiry to their post-treatment follow-up. You will act as the bridge between our clinical team and our clients, managing sales pipelines, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional administrative support. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to turn inquiries into loyal, long-term dental health clients.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound patient inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms efficiently.
  • Coordinate clinic appointment scheduling to ensure optimal workflow for dental practitioners.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations and treatment plans for prospective patients.
  • Maintain and update the clinic's CRM database with accurate patient information and interaction history.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients to ensure high conversion rates and patient satisfaction.
  • Process patient payments and manage daily financial reports for clinic management.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide accurate information regarding dental treatments and aesthetic services.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming clinic reception area to reflect the high standards of Smile Ready.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Admin, Customer Service, or Front Office role (experience in the medical or aesthetic industry is highly preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Willingness to work on a full-time basis in Denpasar Barat, Bali.
