In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face of our brand, bridging the gap between our clients and our solutions. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. We offer a competitive salary package of ₱45,000 – ₱65,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development in a dynamic industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide high-quality customer support via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and delivery KPIs.
- Process orders and coordinate the delivery of services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a customer experience role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
