OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. is looking for a talented Sales Advisor / Customer Experience Advisor to join our growing team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face of our brand, bridging the gap between our clients and our solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier sales and customer support services, and we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help us achieve our sales and delivery targets.


As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. We offer a competitive salary package of ₱45,000 – ₱65,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development in a dynamic industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide high-quality customer support via phone and email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and delivery KPIs.
  • Process orders and coordinate the delivery of services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a customer experience role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
