You'll be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with contractors, construction firms, and industrial clients across Sidoarjo and surrounding areas.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for heavy equipment sales
  • Conduct regular client visits and product demonstrations to showcase equipment capabilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction and industrial sectors
  • Collaborate with technical team to provide customized solutions and after-sales support
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3/S1 degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial machinery
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex sales deals
  • Valid driver's license (SIM C) and willingness for frequent client visits across East Java
  • Deep understanding of heavy equipment specifications and applications
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Target-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
