As a Sales Analyst, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to evaluate performance, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to increase our market share. We are looking for someone who excels at synthesizing complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations that drive tangible business results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to identify performance trends and anomalies.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Forecast sales targets based on historical data and market demand projections.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve inventory turnover and retail sell-through rates.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into regional performance to identify untapped market opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or retail analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is mandatory.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with strict deadlines.
