Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update the Sales CRM database to ensure all client information and lead statuses are accurate.
  • Generate comprehensive daily and weekly reports on sales performance and marketing campaign reach.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure that client commitments and delivery schedules are aligned.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital assets and physical promotional items.
  • Manage the department's calendar, including scheduling high-priority client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing contracts, processing invoices, and managing office supplies for the team.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries related to sales documentation and marketing assets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support or sales coordination role, ideally within the logistics or tech sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic marketing tools is highly preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive business information with confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
