As our Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our premier developments, managing client inquiries, and supporting our sales team in hitting their targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the execution of localized marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the Quezon province area.
  • Maintain and update the client database, ensuring all potential leads are tracked and nurtured effectively.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to prepare presentation materials, brochures, and site-visit kits for prospective clients.
  • Manage inquiries via social media, email, and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting sales events, open houses, and property site tours.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the management team.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and report preparation for daily sales activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support roles is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Tayabas and surrounding areas as required.
