- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
- Manage customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Track and report sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Represent Motorlandia at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Willing to work in Javalera, Cavite and on flexible hours as needed
