Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across social media platforms and digital channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead generation initiatives to expand our customer base.
- Coordinate with the operations team to plan and execute promotional events and community engagement activities.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize marketing performance.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases for effective follow-ups.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance our marketing reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment (on-site in Marikina).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
