- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in the Laguna region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Represent AGNP CORPORATION at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work in Calamba City, Laguna.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or authorized to work in the Philippines.
