Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and market company products/services through various channels to increase brand awareness.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to convert prospects into active clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to marketing efforts.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle (recommended for fieldwork).
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM or reporting tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Good understanding of the local market in Sulawesi Utara.
