We are seeking two Sales and Marketing Executives to join our Johor Bahru office and play a critical role in our regional expansion. - Own and manage the paid acquisition strategy across platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
- Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and market entries.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 sales professionals, setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team, focusing on continuous improvement and results.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital agency or high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and performance marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving them to exceed targets.
- Strategic thinking ability, with a track record of developing successful GTM strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in using analytics tools.
- A self-starter attitude with resilience, adaptability, and a strong desire to grow.
