In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned industry experts. You will be instrumental in supporting our marketing department through the execution of digital campaigns, social media management, and essential administrative workflows. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market while helping you build a professional portfolio that stands out in the competitive property sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of creative marketing campaigns for property listings.
- Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the Cavite real estate sector.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare promotional materials, brochures, and digital content.
- Support administrative tasks, including database management and lead organization.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media posts and digital ads.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm innovative lead generation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English and Filipino languages, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and social media management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in the real estate development industry.
- Ability to collaborate well within a team and take initiative on assigned projects.
- Willingness to work on-site in General Trias City, Cavite.
