Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for property launches to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, client presentations, and successful contract closures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Coordinate with developers, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, business partners, and real estate associates.
- Oversee event management for show-flat launches and marketing activations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
