We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at Private Advertiser, located in Pajo, Bulacan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with business objectives.
As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's revenue targets and brand awareness. We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and passionate about delivering results.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base

- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
