As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will manage our online and offline marketing initiatives, conduct market research, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us expand our reach and increase our market share.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow online presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to develop promotional materials.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
