In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading our sales initiatives, developing effective marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth within the competitive steel manufacturing sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the steel manufacturing industry to maximize market share.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients to generate a steady pipeline of high-quality leads for steel products.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the production and technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for regular review by senior management.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and corporate meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or steel industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
