Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to our service offerings.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Cebuano.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Lahug, Cebu area.
