Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote investment properties.
- Conduct professional property viewings and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, social media, and digital channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.
- Provide comprehensive property consultation and guidance to clients based on their investment goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or property consulting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for mobility.
