Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts
- Present product demonstrations and promotional campaigns to potential clients
- Track sales performance and analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional materials
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or retail marketing
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Jakarta retail market and consumer trends
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
