Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in home appliance products
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize pricing and positioning strategies
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer electronics/home appliances
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
