Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and expand the company's client base.
- Identify prospective leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage social media accounts and assist in the creation of digital marketing content and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and market analysis to the management team.
- Coordinate with the logistics and administrative departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product features and pricing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Tagalog.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to conduct field work or client visits within the Metro Manila area as needed.
