Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aquaculture sector in Kalimantan Selatan.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing aquaculture farm clients.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to support farm productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor customer needs and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Analyze market competitor activity and provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation in accordance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fishery, Animal Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the agriculture or aquafeed industry.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with farmers and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of aquaculture practices and market dynamics in the region.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in local language and culture is a significant advantage.
