Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Pringsewu area to achieve and exceed volume and revenue targets.
  • Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of the local field sales force to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the regional sales management team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distribution partners.
  • Oversee operational excellence, including inventory management, product availability, and shelf space optimization.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts to drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to company sales procedures, distribution standards, and health/safety protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any field, preferably Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory or leadership role within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Deep understanding of local trade dynamics and distribution networks in the Lampung region.
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales reporting software.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a field team.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned coverage area.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
