Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring strategic adjustment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and understand their needs to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with management to report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales management or a supervisory role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written) is highly preferred.
