Tanggung Jawab
- Support the sales process for mental health services through client communication and documentation
- Manage customer inquiries and provide detailed information about available mental health programs
- Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships to drive service adoption
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote mental health awareness initiatives
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client databases
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure service alignment with client needs
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or administrative support roles
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Passion for mental health advocacy and client-centered service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
