Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to keep the store aesthetically appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively stay informed about product knowledge to provide expert recommendations and enhance the shopping journey.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, stock takes, and organizing storage areas.
- Collaborate with the broader beach club team to drive promotional campaigns and boost overall sales revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English are highly preferred.
- A friendly, proactive, and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong basic math skills for cash handling and inventory reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and thrive under pressure.
