House Of Donatello Bali is a leader in the interior design industry, specializing in high-quality furniture and bespoke design solutions. We are currently seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join our growing team in the heart of Bali. In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, interacting with clients from around the world to help them realize their interior dreams.
Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs and recommend the best furniture pieces to enhance their living spaces. We pride ourselves on our competitive compensation package, which includes a base salary of Rp 3.000.000 - Rp 3.500.000 per month, along with performance bonuses. We also provide professional training to ensure you have the skills necessary to succeed. If you have a keen eye for design and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture and decor pieces that meet their style and budget requirements.
- Provide detailed product knowledge regarding materials, dimensions, and care instructions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain the showroom display to ensure it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or the interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Passion for interior design, fashion, or luxury retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Interior Design is a plus.
