Are you a high-energy individual with a passion for wellness and sales? We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Kuta Selatan, Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our premium honey brand, engaging with locals and international tourists alike.
As a Sales Associate, your primary goal is to drive brand awareness and product sales at our dedicated booth. We are looking for someone who is not just a cashier, but a brand ambassador who can communicate the health benefits of our products with enthusiasm and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily booth operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Proactively approach visitors to introduce and explain the health benefits of our honey products.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in product selection based on customer needs.
- Maintain the booth’s visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product organization at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage daily cash reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for timely restocking.
- Uphold brand standards by presenting a professional and friendly demeanor to all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the booth schedule.
- Willingness to be based in Kuta Selatan, Bali.
