In this role, you will be the face of our premium beauty and personal care products (Baskit), driving market expansion and building long-term relationships with key business partners.
As a Sales B2B, you will play a critical role in executing our sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our retail partners are equipped with the best products to serve their customers. We are looking for an individual who is not only target-driven but also possesses a deep understanding of the beauty landscape and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to business owners and procurement managers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell beauty and personal care products (Baskit) to B2B clients.
- Actively prospect and onboard new retail accounts, salons, and beauty outlets within the Jambi region.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the Baskit product line.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs as set by the management team.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, activity logs, and territory analysis for internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or skincare industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and own a reliable motorcycle.
- Excellent knowledge of the Jambi area geography and local business landscape.
- Proactive problem-solver with a result-oriented mindset.
