Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for connectivity and digital transformation? Fiberstar, a leader in national fiber optic infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Representative to join our team in the Jawa Barat region, specifically focusing on the Tasikmalaya and Garut areas.

In this role, you will be the face of Fiberstar, responsible for expanding our market reach by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with existing enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by delivering ICT and telecommunication solutions that empower local businesses to succeed in a digital-first economy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and acquire new corporate/business accounts within the assigned territories (Tasikmalaya and Garut).
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective B2B clients regarding fiber optic and ICT solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure high retention and uncover upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs to track progress toward KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the telecommunications sector.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the ICT, ISP, or Telecommunications industry.
  • Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Jawa Barat (Tasikmalaya and Garut).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to cover assigned territories.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is highly preferred.
