Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly targets in building materials distribution
- Conduct thorough product training sessions and maintain updated knowledge of construction materials
- Manage and optimize the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Negotiate contracts and terms with contractors, developers, and retail partners
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base in Pontianak region
- Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in construction materials or B2B distribution
- Proven negotiation skills and client relationship management abilities
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid SIM C for client site visits and market coverage
- Knowledge of local construction market in Kalimantan Barat preferred
- High school diploma (SMA) or D3/S1 degree in business/marketing
