Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Provide expert product consultation and support to ensure client needs are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements for sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of self-motivation, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara.
