In this role, you will be the driving force behind our banquet and event revenue, serving as the primary bridge between our world-class venues and corporate/social clients.
As our Sales Banquet expert, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing complex group reservations, and ensuring every event exceeds client expectations. You will leverage your networking skills to build long-term relationships with corporate partners while maintaining high standards of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase banquet and event revenue.
- Proactively identify and approach potential corporate clients for events, conferences, and meetings.
- Manage end-to-end booking processes, from initial inquiry to final event execution and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure event logistics align with client requirements.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance against KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand professional networks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Banquet Sales, Event Sales, or Hotel Sales.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta corporate and event market landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by client events.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
