Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Senior level requires 4+ years).
  • Strong proficiency in communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
  • Willing to be based in the Jatake area, Tangerang.
